25 questions we are asked most often — about how we work, what engagements cost, the sectors we serve, and what you can expect from us.
Working With Brackley
What does Brackley actually do?
We provide project management and strategic consultancy across the UAE and MENA region — project delivery, PMO design and operation, risk management and project controls, strategic planning, business transformation, and professional training. Engagements range from a single advisory consultation to a dedicated team embedded in a major programme.
Who will work on our engagement?
Senior consultants. We deliberately avoid the leverage model in which senior people win the work and junior staff deliver it. We name the individuals assigned to your engagement and commit their time before you sign.
How quickly can you start?
For most advisory engagements we can mobilise a senior consultant within one to two weeks. Booked consultations are scheduled within one business day of payment.
Do you work with organizations outside the UAE?
Yes. Our home market is the UAE, and we work across the GCC and wider MENA region, including with international organizations entering the region.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss our situation?
Of course. Confidentiality is standard in our engagement terms, and we are happy to execute your NDA before any substantive discussion.
Consultations & Pricing
How do I book a consultation?
Choose the consultation that fits your challenge on our packages page and pay securely online by card. A senior consultant contacts you within one business day to schedule at a time that suits you — in person in Dubai or by video call.
What does a consultation cost?
The exact price for each consultation is shown on the secure Stripe checkout page. An invoice and receipt are issued automatically on payment.
Is the consultation fee credited if we proceed further?
Yes. If you go on to a project, retainer, or transformation engagement with Brackley, your consultation fee is credited in full against it.
How are larger engagements priced?
Through the model that best fits the work — a monthly retainer, an embedded delivery arrangement, a fixed fee for defined scope, or a percentage basis on capital projects. We scope and price transparently against an agreed proposal.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are handled per UAE VAT rules, and your invoice reflects VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
What if I am not sure which consultation fits?
Book a free introductory call through our contact page. We will recommend the right starting point honestly, even if that means something smaller than you expected.
Services & Approach
Do you manage projects end-to-end, or only advise?
Both. We can act as your independent project manager with full delivery accountability, or advise and assure an in-house team. The engagement model is tailored to what you actually need.
Which methodologies do you use?
Our consultants are certified in PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, and agile frameworks. We apply the methodology — or the hybrid — that genuinely fits your project and organizational culture, rather than imposing a house approach.
Can you help a project that is already in trouble?
Yes. We perform rapid, independent health checks to establish the true position, then build a recovery plan covering stabilisation, honest rebaselining, and the rebuilding of stakeholder confidence.
We already have a PMO. Can you improve it?
Yes. We start with a maturity assessment against leading practice, deliver a prioritized uplift roadmap, and then implement it alongside your team.
Will you build our internal capability, or create dependency?
Capability transfer is an explicit deliverable in our engagements — documented methodology, coaching, training, and progressive handover. Dependency is a consulting business model; it is not ours.
Are you tied to any software vendors?
No. We hold no reseller agreements and accept no commissions. That independence is the foundation of trustworthy technology selection advice.
Sectors & Locations
Which sectors do you work in?
Construction and real estate, government and public sector, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare, logistics and supply chain, technology, and hospitality and tourism, among others.
Where are you based?
Our office is at Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We work with clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Ajman, on site as engagements require.
Do you work with UAE government entities?
Yes. Government delivery requires specific experience of public-sector governance, procurement discipline, audit-ready documentation, and alignment with national and emirate strategic agendas, all of which we build in from the outset.
Are you suitable for a smaller business?
Yes. We scale engagements deliberately. A focused fixed-fee piece of work often serves a growing business far better than an open-ended retainer, and proportionate governance delivered well beats an enterprise framework the organization cannot absorb.
Training & Certification
Do you provide PMP certification training?
Yes. Our PMP preparation programme provides the required project management education contact hours alongside full preparation against the current examination content outline, with practice questions and coaching through to exam day.
Can training be delivered at our offices?
Yes — on site anywhere in the UAE, virtually, or in blended formats designed around your teams’ schedules.
Do you offer group or corporate rates?
Yes. Group and academy pricing is available. Contact us for a proposal scoped to your headcount and programme.
What other training do you deliver?
PRINCE2 and agile preparation, corporate PM academies, hands-on Primavera P6 and MS Project workshops, Power BI reporting, and executive briefings for sponsors who govern projects.
